Finding the right home or marketing a property takes knowledge and expertise in today’s market. I have been listing and selling property in Santa Barbara for over 30 years. I enjoy many community activities, have been a mentor for Jr. high school children, support non profit organizations such as DAWG ( an adoption shelter for dogs), and give a portion of each commission check to Children’s Miracle Network which supports our local neo natal center.
My interests are cooking, wine tasting, reading, and keeping in touch with friends, family and clients. Communication is the basis for a successful relationship and my years of experience have taught me to be a good listener. I am a firm believer in continuing education. I view it as an important part of staying on top of today's Real Estate Market, I take pride in all the classes I have attended over the years to better serve you. I have designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). I am currently getting my E-Pro designation which is for advanced technical skills in internet marketing.
